Empowering Communities Through Agriculture

This organization was created out of a desire to expand the urban agricultural work of Lady Buggs Pharm, a 1.5 acre urban farm located on the South Side of Youngstown, Ohio wanting to breathe life, food security and wellbeing into the community.

Our Mission

Plant It You’s mission is to empower Black and Indigenous farmers, disadvantaged growers and food-based businesses with regenerative agricultural resources, technical support, plant medicine and positive role models to leave a holistic impact on the overall community.
